The "Next" command is limited to searching for warnings/errors inside the currently active source file. This means that one must change to the problems view to navigate to the next problem. 

This feature would add a new command that navigates to the next problem, but instead of wrapping at the end of the file, it would move to the next file in the project, either by ordering in the problems view, or some other sort order.
