I tried to open a workspace under VAJ, it took several minutes before I got to see
	the workbench windows because it was building it while restoring its windows.

	Maybe autobuild should be disabled while restoring the workbench?

NOTES:

	I have the workspace zipped  on my hard-drive if someone needs it to reproduce the problem.
