1016 integration build, aix only

- perhaps this is related to 24943 (?)

- run an Eclipse installation that does not contain the example plugins
- shut down Eclipse
- download the example plugins and unzip them over the Eclipse install
- restart Eclipse
- "go to update manager?" dialog is shown, answer Yes/OK to invoke it
- the shown updates list is empty

possibly related, if using same workspace as previous install (let's say 2.01 or
2.0.0) and if installed eclipse is same directory as previous (not in a
different one)

The workspace and install are brand new, so probably not related then.

I'll attach the .log and -debug output for this scenario (specifically the 
restart of Eclipse in step 4).  Note that for some reason when performing this 
scenario I also get an error with restoring the workbench, so this will likely 
show up in the attachments as well.
