Noticed this when trying to install the latest PDT development tools from http://emft.eclipse.org/pdt/updates/interim/

When enough upgrade tasks are shown to require vertical scrolling in the ProgressView (org.eclipse.ui.ide (3.4.0.I20080606-1300)), it becomes apparent that the vertical page increment is too small.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
