I cannot figure out what the 'Reset' button is for in the Prefs page for Perspectives.  I could not
get it to become active.  I tried changing the default perspective, deleting a custom Perspective
and it remains disabled.  Tooltip is disabled for disabled buttons so I could not use that to determine
what it does.
