1.Put All Tab(Stack) horizontally one after another

After putting 10-12 Stack(Tab Item ) horizontally,tab Items are gona mess up .
If we add more stack horizontally then Previous Stack are not visible in eclipse workbench.

Is this the same problem described by bug 248385 or...?

If not, can you provide some screenshots to describe your problem better?
