The new compare with resource dialog allows to drag and drop a file from the workspace into the dialog, this is an interesting idea, but has some problems:

1. DnD is not good for keyboard users (power users and users which need accessibility)
Solution: Add a Browse button to the workspace option. The browse button opens the 'Open Resource' dialog.
2. I can not DnD an external file/folder into the dialog, why? This is inconsistent.
Solution: Allow to DnD external resources as well.
