We could show a message in the status bar and change the message as shift and alt are pressed.
	So it would be easier to find out which control key you have to press to open the perspective in
	a new window.

NOTES:

		We could make more use of the status line and show a help message for every menu item
		we have.

Recent usbility changes (partially) address this request. There will be another 
usability review.
