MF (6/12/01 4:17:42 PM)
		Detach a view from a perspective that has only one view, AND has the editors hidden (eg: help perspective).
		You can not drag the view back into the perspective. The only way to accomplish this is to go to the menu option
		and select Perspective -> Reset.

NOTES:
	MF (6/12/01 4:25:23 PM)
		To reproduce:
		go to a Resource perspective.
		Close all view, except one. Close any editors.
		Detach the remaining view. and try to drag it back into perspective. Things are fine, you will get the black arrow indicating that you can drop the view.
		Detach the view again.
		Now go to Perspective -> Hide editors.
		Now try to drag the view back into perspective. Can not be performed.
