Description Kevin Haaland CLA 2001-10-10 22:37:07 EDT
GPD (6/12/01 3:11:56 PM)
Created this defect for John Sefler (Web Tooling tester)

When importing files from a Zip file,
if I click on the Details button from the
Import wizard, the File Selection dialog first
opens with the root / directory selected (checked),
but the sub directories do not appear
selected (not checked). However when I click
on the names of one of the sub directories, its contents
are checked. Its misleading to me to only see
the root / directory checked along with all of the leaves,
but not see any of the branches checked. Afterall, if I
click on the Select All button, then everything gets checked
as I would expect.

It seems to me the best default when this dialog
is first opened is for all to be checked.

NOTES:

TC (6/12/01 3:10:33 PM) - this is the case as of build 118

Obsolete PR. The functionality described here is not in the current import
dialog.
