BIRT does not display the Pie Chart on certain environment (see environment below)and workaround is required(also below).  This workaround should not be required.

<Environment 1>
OS: Windows XP pro sp2
Graphic: Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910Gl Express chipset Family (Ver:6.14.10.4543)  with 
Intel graphic media accerelator driver

<Environment 2>
OS: Windows XP pro sp2
Graphic: Intel(R) 82865G Graphic Controller (Ver:6.14.10.4396)  with 
Intel Extreme Graphics 2

<Workaround>
On Microsoft® Windows XP

   a.  Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 
   b.  Click Display. 
   c.  On the Settings tab, click Advanced. 
   d.  On the Troubleshoot tab, move the Hardware acceleration slider control to the third position from your right, and then click OK.

The slider control position description is as follows:
"Disable all DirectDraw® and Direct 3D® accelerations, as well as all cursor and advanced drawing accelerations. Use this setting to correct severe problems with DirectX® accelerated applications. "

Could you tell me when chart will disappear? In chart builder, or web viewer?
If in web viewer, what's the output format? PNG or SVG, ...?
