Description Tod Creasey CLA 2001-10-10 22:36:59 EDT
If you rename a file that currently has an OLEEditor or external editor open on it
the EditorInput is not updated. As a result a save will save it to the old location.
STEPS
	1) Create a file foo.doc
	2) Open an editor on it
	3) Rename the file to bar.doc - no editor update
	4) If you then save the editor it will re create foo.

TC (6/12/01 12:11:46 PM) - this is also an issue for move
NOTES:

NE (6/15/01 1:51:14 PM)
	Readme doc:
99.1.1.1 Rename and move do not update OLE editors

If a rename or move is done on a file that is open in an OLE editor, the editor's input is not switched to the new file.
Subsequent saves will re-save the file under the old name, not the new name.

The tag update is still an issue but the rename within Eclipse works fine - if
you resave it will save to the new name even though it is telling you a
different name.
