Open the resource perspective. (Reset it if you have it opened).
	Activate the navigator.
	Press TAB a few time.

	The focus goes from the navigator to outline and back to navigator.
	You can't get to the task list.


NOTES:

Tab is designed to work within the context of the current selected view. If you 
want to go to another view Ctrl+F8 will allow you to get there.
