1. Start nightly-build of g-Eclipse.
2. Start new "Grid Project" wizard
3. On page "Grid Project Folders" select "Benchmark descriptions"
4. Press Finish

Result:
Folder Benchmark description is decorated with red-square icon (all pixels are red).

The icon is missing also in benchmark wizard (on Executable page, button for opening file dialog).

The folder icon is now correctly displayed and the button at the executable displays the file browse icon.

I think this fix is working for g-Eclipse run from HEAD, but not for build/EPP. This is probably because icons' folder wasn't included into build. Please check project's build.properties file.

I can confirm Kasia's remark: decorator is still Red in EPP packages.
