1. Bring up the property page on an ant external tool.
2. Select the targets page and make a target or two active.
3. Switch to the Main page and change the location to point to a different ant 
file.
4. Switch back to the Targets page. The page still shows targets for the 
original file.

Note that if you press Apply after step 3, step 4 will behave correctly. This 
is because when the Targets page is made visible it checks if the location of 
the underlying tool has changed. If you don't press Apply, the changes on the 
Main page aren't saved in the tool yet.
