1.  Download automated tests and scripts:

2.  Extract eclipse-Automated-Tests-I20021008.zip (extracts to directory called 
eclipse-testing)
3.  Download eclipse SDK into eclipse-testing, do not extract.
4.  execute runtests

We were failing to update the buildfile location in the correct order as needed 
by Ant.
