Steps To Reproduce:
1.In RAD, open Welcome (Help > Welcome).

Lines are caused by <HR> elements.

Here is some more description for this bug. Intro contains code which can draw lines between elements such as groups using an <hr> element. <hr> is an obsolete tag and we should not be continuing to generate these.

I no longer see the horizontal lines.
