2.Look at "org.eclipse.platform" plugin version in Eclipse 3.4.1 M20080808-0800.
3.Expected the version in 3.4.1 to be >= to the version in 3.4

The version of included bundle "org.eclipse.platform" changed from "3.3.100.v200806172000" to "3.3.2.v200808080800" between versions "3.4.0.v20080610-9I96EhtEm-T_5LxIsybz-3MdGZmOA3uwv7Ka_M" and "3.4.1.r341_v20080731-9I96EgaElUdrvmuSsaPXlyNqIniw6_edyopYk" of feature "org.eclipse.platform".

Going from a higher versioned plugin to a lower versioned plugin in a higher numbered feature is a violation of feature/plugin versioning rules.
