Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Grid Connection wizard, fill it with prper values (e.g. for GridFTP), but change value of port
2. press finish > problem dialog is shown > press OK
3. correct value of port number
4. press finish 

Result: the same problem dialog is shown.

For some reason just accepting a bug does not really reassigning it ... so reassigning to you Mateusz.

Just for the logs ... the problem is the connection key used for gsiftp connection that does not take ports into account but only host names.

the same problem was for GRIA
