We have long discussed wanting to provide templates or other easy ways of building SML models.  Tigerstripe (http://www.eclipse.org/tigerstripe), while a project designed specifically for telco, could provide some easy capabilities for us to create SML resources without requiring typing SML syntax in a text editor.
