I have two GRIA project, both using the same VO. I try to copy a file from one project to another. The dialog is shown asking for confirmation. If I choose "No" or "Cancel" then the progres dialog is shown with message "Copying files". Probably file is not copied and the message is just confusing.
If I choose "yes" then similar transfer dialog is shown, but then the error occures:
"Transfer operation status
  Unable to open input stream for pawel.txt
    An unknown problem occurred
    Resource does not exist (for resource 0db42a7e-1b4a95f9-011b-6e765156-00e5)"
And my file was deleted.

changing from middleware to core, as this is not GRIA related problem. The same problem I got for other filesystems, too. For local filesystem file was also deleted. For gridftp error occured, but file was not deleted.

I also got this error. IMO the "No" answer to question "Overwrite files?" is confussing - it may mean "No, don't overrwite and don't copy" or "No, no overwrite, but copy". We should add also a "Skip"/"Skip all" button for not copying this file, then answering "No" should ask for new name for file.
