Build id: I20080716-1200

Steps: 
1) Create/check out some projects add assign them to two working sets (A and B)
2) Switch to working set top level presentation
3) Close all projects in working set A, leave projects in B opened
4) Select both working sets and open context menu (right click)

Team menu item is not there. This is probably causes by the fact that all projects in A are closed. If I open at least one project in A, team menu is back.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
