There should be a key binding for opening "Compare with Other" dialog.

Making it configurable via the Keys preference page would be the best approach here.

As suggested in comment 1, there is no fixed key binding for opening the dialog. User can set up the binding in preferences.

Released to HEAD with a minor exception: Ola, please open a separate bug if you want to change the action's enablement (enableFor attribute). It doesn't seem to be related to key binding.
