New wizards are registered via plugin.xml. Since the
	same name is used in the menu (File->New) and in
	the New Wizard Dialog, it is not possible to assign mnemonics.


NOTES:

	Same applies to editors. Either I can assign a mnemonic or
	or have a clean name in the editor mapping dialog.

Low priority. Lack of mnumonics for these items is not an impediment to use.
