- from a new workspace
	- create a folder "P1" under the default location
	- populate this folder with a lot of resources
	- create a Project P1 in the workspace

	Note that the UI takes a while to close the dialog and no
progress monitor is shown. Depending on the size of the
project and its location (maybe on a network)it would seem
that the workspace is frozen.
