Description:
The viewer still open after generated the rptdocument and saved

Build number: 
2.3.0.v20080618-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1, New a report
2, Generate it to rptdocument 
3, Save the document 

Expected result:
The BIRT Web Viewer should be closed.

Actual result:
BIRT Web Viewer still open
