- pretend you're a new user
- launch Eclipse for the first time
- get the intro view
- click on New Java Project
- it comes up with a mysterious wizard
- hmmm, no button for Help
- what happens if I hit F1?
- oh, so it actually does have help; it comes up with a help post-it note
- there's an item there that seems related to an item on the dialog: "default location for Java Project Perspective"
- click on it
- the help perspective opens in the main window, but the wizard is still open so it is obscured
- turns out the topic has nothing to do with the default location setting in the wizard
