Build 20020918

If you select Configure.. from the External Tools menu with one external tool
already created it will be selected in the first list but none of the buttons
will be enabled and there will be no details.

STEPS
1) Create an external tool
2) Select Run->External Tools-> Configure...
3) The first tool will appear selected but if you reselect you will get widget
enablements and details
