On my WindowsXP(English) with Japanese locale setting,
Ant Log Console shows garbage strings for folder names,
for the following part:

deviceprofile\,bin\,.classpath,.vcm_meta,.project,.cvsignore,build.xml,buildall
.xml,build.properties,null
Copying 7 files to 
C:\builds\antbuilds\com.ibm.etools.deviceprofile\plugins\com.ibm.etools.devicep
rofile
Performing zip.
Building zip: C:\builds\antbuilds\com.ibm.etools.deviceprofile-0916_1304.zip

Re-setting to new. Could you please re-try this with the new "launch config" 
support (Window -> Preferences -> External Tools -> Work in progress". With 
this preference turned on, you will see the ever-evolving external tools work, 
and a shared debug console. Does the problem still exist with the shared debug 
console?

In the latest integration builds, the external tools / ant framework uses the 
shared debug console. We have not had notification of this problem in the 
console.  If the problem persists please reopen this bug.  Thanks.
