File cprbview.htm in the platform.doc.user needs updating wrt the new markers suppport added in 3.4

The doc is still correct as written but is generally lacking in detail. 
e.g. doesn't describe scopes, could discuss types, etc.

Repurposing this for ISV doc

I don't believe we have a Filters view anymore, its Configure Contents, so this is now wrong:

As I have updated the screenshots using a resolution other than the specified one could you check and see if they are OK on your machines please.
