The button label in the color cell editor is a down arrow, it should 
be "..."

	Talked with Randy about this. The use of "..." is expected for showing a dialog
	on the windows platform. The proper solution is to get a "..." image instead of
	just placing "..." in the text of the button (larger fonts make the button too big). 
	Otherwise, we'll just end up getting more PR from people complaining about
	the button size. Waiting for KH to comment.
