Original column layout vs. layout after two restarts

Build id: I20080530-1730

Bug 128509 is back.

Each time Eclipse is restarted, the columns of the Problems view
become a little wider, pushing the whole layout to the right.

This stopped working sometime between 3.4M5 and 3.4M6.
