Build 20020910

If you open an excel file with the OLE support it is opened initially with the 
rows and columns sized to fit exactly into the screen (i.e. huge) A resize 
will reset them to normal size.

STEPS
1) Open the attached headertest.xls using the OLE editor
2) Rows and colums and huge
3) Resize - rows and columns are correct size

The problem described is a bug which will not be fixed in the current version 
of eclipse.

If you would like to contribute a fix for this problem, please attach a patch 
file and reopen this bug report.
