I cannot reproduce using your steps. Can you? If so, please provide more details.

Happens during CVSAction.saveAllEditors. See also bug 226587 for a similar case. See also bug 226586 why we don't want to add a 'null' check.

I can't reproduce also. Now i can't correct checkout my project. Not work mode change (incoming, outgoing), not available update function (only Override and Update). I think that i not correct update my eclipse. I wait for J2EE RC1 package and try reproduce this error.

It looks like J2EE RC1 is now available. Alexey, are you still getting the NPE? If yes, could you include the stacktrace again. It would be great if you could filter out all unrelated logs. The one you have submitted, contains multiple NPEs from Mylyn. couple exceptions from Resources and others, which makes it hard to read. Clear the log before attempting to reproduce the error and export it just after you see the exception. Thanks

In RC1 i can't reproduce NPE... All work correct. CVS (Team synchronized) has bugs (i submit it in bug 233416), but not this NPE.
