I selected a project, and then used the import wizard to import from the file
system. When I selected a directory to import, it appears in the wizard,
but by default, no files are selected for import. I chose the directory, so
it should select all files in the directory by default.

This is intentionally not done as you may have selected a massive directory so
the user needs to be aware of the selection before they start.

For instance if you open the woizard on c: and then just hit enter and it tries
to import your entire c: you are going to have to reverse the problems somehow.
