Description Simon Arsenault CLA 2001-10-10 22:34:20 EDT
- open an editor on a file and make changes
	- from the nav view delete the file
	- click on the editor tab of the file just deleted

Usually, you get a dialog saying the file was deleted and would you
like to save the changes. But sometimes it does not show this dialog.
I think it has to do with how fast you are between hitting del key in
nav view to delete file and clicking on the editor tab. It seems if you do
so before the operation is done, you never get the dialog.

I guess thaq problem has been that the detection only run on part activation.
It now also runs on focu changes. Build 20020423.
