Our extensions contain lines like
	   icon="icons/basic/ctool16/newprj_wiz.gif">

We are not managing the full/basic case (loading a different icon
depending on screen color depth) for these icons.

(there are other cases specifying only .../full/...)

If we now ignore low color devices
We should remove the full/low subdirectories (just keeping the full icons)

Basic icons have been removed in latest 2.0 builds.
