Steps To Reproduce:
1. Use network connection via proxy (https proxy, port 8080)
2. while coding the proxy dialog pops up, especially when activating the context sensitive help(STRG+Space) and requests user name and password.
3. When pressing cancel the dialog will appear some seconds later again when using the context sensitive help again.


More information:
The dialog does not open in every session, it depends on the session of eclipse (there are good and bad sessions). When providing a "Save Password" option it could be very helpful.

It's a bug against Platform/Team, and a duplicate of bug 227112.

If you download Eclipse 3.4M7 you should not have this problem anymore.
