Description Mathias Stümpert CLA 2008-04-30 05:08:52 EDT
Actually I don't know if this is an EMF/GMF issue but nevertheless I am reporting it here.

When selecting an element in the workflow editors palette, let's say a Workflow Job, and creating the element, the element gets deselected in the palette. So if I would like to create 3 workflow jobs I always have to select the workflow job element again in the palette. This also applies to the other elements.

Of course it would be more user friendly to leave the currently selected element selected after creating an element in the editor.

This is functionality from GMF and I'll have to see if/how this behaviour can be changed.

However, currently, if you hover your mouse over the workflow editor, you'll get something like a tool-tip popping up which allows you to add a workflowjob without having to select it from the palette.
