Left to right

Platform : Windows Vista

 Steps
1- In the editor, add some Arabic text on multiple lines
2- Select the text and create the numbering list (by pressing the numbering button in the description window tool bar)
3- In the editor press right ctrl+shift to make the orientation of the editor switched to right to left
4- Check the numbering list alignment

 Expected result:
All the content of text in the description editor is right to left aligned (including the created numbering list)

 Actual Result
All the content of text in the description editor is right to left aligned except the numbering list

Bidi support is not available in EPF 1.2.x. EPF 1.5 has a partial support planned, but still excluding the RTE. We welcome any contribution to help provide that support.
