I20080427-2000

Linux Open Client 2.1

- create a project
- open the Properties page on the project
- open the 'Java Code Style' page
- use tab key to get to the 'Configure Workspace Settings...' link
- screen reader does not read the link

I cannot reproduce this issue with the M4 candidate build (I20171205-2000). Fedora 27 and GTK3.22.
