Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create General project with name "Test" (first 'T' is upper case) and click finish
2.Create another General project name "test" (first 't' is lower case) and click finish
3.Error dialogue appear.


More information:
In OS that is case insensitive, the eclipse should also check project name in manner of case insensitive too.

Doesn't need Thai, I can do teh same thing using "Foo" and "foo" projects...
