Steps:
1. Add a Customer Category as a Published Navigation View to a Configuration
2. Then add some elements to the Custom Category
-->Expect Result: 
  The added element should be shown in Configuration view, Published Configuration Views and the published website
-->Actual Result:
  In Configuration editor, the Published Navigation View is not shown in view. It should refreshed automatically.
3. Restart EPF then the added elements are shown in Published Navigation View again

minor as it may too cost for the configuration editor to listen all those events. Users should close the configuration and re-open it to get a refreshed view.
