Build 2.0 release Linux Motif

On the classpath tab of the External Tools->Ant preference page, the widget
holding the list of jars on the classpath defaults to the wrong size on Motif.
When the page is first opened, the widget's lower boundary is just below the
remove button. After switching tabs and coming back, the widget's lower boundary
is at the bottom of the page. Windows and GTK always have this widget sized
relative to the bottom of the page.
