TRIGGER PR: 
		1GEASAP: ITPUI:WIN98 - Copy Project issues

- create new project A
- select A
- choose Copy

Default text should be "Copy of A".
The text should be fully selected, and should have focus.
The title of the dialog should be "Copy Project" not just "Project"
(What if user hits Copy, goes for lunch, then comes back?  It looks like it could be creating a new project.)

Fixed as part of another PR
- Note the dialog now appears on paste (after project copy)
