Build: (2.0.1) 20020821

In Windows 98, the output of program tools is not being displayed on the log 
console. Output of Ant tools is being displayed correctly. This is not a 
regression from 2.0. It also occurs with a fresh installation of 2.0.

ran "ipconfig" - c:\winnt\system32\ipconfig.exe).
