Install root 1.0.0 with one or two optional features
Install root 1.0.1
Revert to root 1.0.0, teh features are ambiguous

I have found this behavior when performing Update Test D9:

After updating Eclipse and then restoring the original configuration, features 
in current configuration show exclamation mark overlay.

The show status says:
"The feature may not be configured properly.

The details show:
Plugin: "Eclipse Project SDK (Windows)" version: "2.0.1" referenced by this 
feature is not included at runtime. Runtime includes plugin version "2.0.1.r201-
v20020723".
Included feature "Eclipse Platform (Windows") version "2.0.1" contains problems.
.....(more lines like above one)

It looks like the problem this bug is about.

Fixed
