When expanding Root 1.0.1, Bogus 1.0.1 is disable

True - UI problem. UI wizards first unconfigure previous feature (Root 1.0.0) 
then check if optional features were disabled. The order should have been 
different - first check for previous optional features, then unconfigure.

The fix has been tested and confirmed. Older version (that is being updated) 
will be disabled as a matter of course (and all included features recursively), 
so this optional child state preservation must be done before that step. When 
step were reversed, scenarios work.

Fixed in 2.0.1, the fix merged into HEAD.
