Description Karim Hamzaoui CLA 2008-04-10 10:25:46 EDT
Build ID: I20080330-1350

Steps To Reproduce:
[Description]
Pressing "Shift + Alt + R" inside an editor in Solaris opens the "Run" menu bar, instead of calling the "Rename refactoring" function.

[Steps]
1. Open a Java program and select a field/method name
2. Press "Shift + Alt + R" and see if the selected field/method is in rename refactoring mode

More information:
[Environment]
*Solaris 10 (sparc) 8/07
Sun JDK 1.6.0_04-b12

[Note]
When assigning different key bindings to the "rename refactoring" function it works correctly.

Moving to Platform/UI. I don't really see why the run menu would be opened here and why the binding in the Java editor doesn't get priority.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
