When you select the Properties Example all resources page of the Properties for a Project
you get an error dialog which states

Uable to created the selected property page.

Reason:
Plug-in org.eclipse.examples.ui.extension.properties was unable to load class 
org.eclipse.examples.ui.extensions.properties.ResourcePage

Ditto for properties examples
